  • The Role:

    We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team at ShoSho! You’ll be part of a passionate group of hospitality professionals, helping to lead the venue while delivering exceptional service and memorable dining experiences in a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere. ⚡️⁠

    The Venue:⁠

    ShoSho is a beloved, well-established venue, proudly situated at the top of King William Road, Hyde Park. Our izakaya-style dining showcases Japanese cuisine, complemented by a curated wine and cocktail list. Since opening in 2020, our unique offering and warm, professional service have kept locals and visitors returning time and again. ⁠🥢

    What you'll bring:⁠

    • A minimum of 2 years of leadership experience in hospitality⁠

    • A passion for Japanese cuisine and delivering outstanding guest experiences⁠

    • Strong communication and organisational skills⁠

    • RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)⁠

    Key Responsibilities:⁠

    • Assist in the day-to-day management of the restaurant⁠

    • Deliver exceptional customer service, upholding ShoSho’s premium standards⁠

    • Train, mentor, and oversee front-of-house staff⁠

    • Support with inventory management, supplier relations, and financial processes⁠

    • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene protocols⁠
