Dan is Executive Chef of multiple restaurants across Sydney (Ms. G's, Sushi-E, Lotus Bistro, Queen Chow, and Mr. Wong) and his experience includes stints at places like Tetsuya's, Marque, and Bently. You've seen him on TV, probably have one of his books, and he kept us entertained throughout lockdown in 2020 with his home cooking tutorials.
