The eight course menu will be created by Adam Liston (ShoSho & Shobosho), Scott Huggins (Penfolds Magill Estate Restaurant), Max Sharrad (Nido Bar | Pasta & Fugazzi Bar & Dining Room) and Nathan Sasi (Leigh Street Wine Room).

All profits will go towards the KIDS Foundation which educates children and families on ways to prevent injuries and trauma associated with events that put 'Kids In Dangerous Situations’.
