Sapporo Black braised beef cheek, bone marrow butter, koji cream, taro crisps
Shredded cabbage, mixed leaves, toasted sesame, fried onion, miso dressing
Steamed ginger rice, sesame & nori furikake

Black sesame ice cream sandwich, salted caramel, ginger biscuit

Yellowfin whiting tempura, wasabi mayo

Wagyu rump cap steak 7+, wasabi butter, garlic soy
